Thanks to a poster on here I got 2 lovely fridge magnet digi photo frames at silly prices.
My question is when they're connected to my pc I can't transfer pictures as I can't locate them in the browse window,I'm on Windows 7 the device uses something called DPFMate v3,8,3,0.
in the booklet it says if the device is recognised as a removable disc (which I think it might be ) then use the "conversion tool software " to store photos ????
I don't understand any of this and I've promised my little grandaughter we'll have it ready for her dad on fathers day ! Heeeelllllp:eek:
please:)
