None that I know of, why don't you ask 'dogs nob'?

He seems to know everything there is to know about the benefits of working.

Not helpful, especially to a newbie.

I think the rules on this are in the process of changing, but have a look at this link on return to Work credit which may apply to you.

You can apply for 'back to work credit' which is payed at £40 per week tax free for upto 52 weeks. The criteria is you must be working more than 16 hours and it's a permenant job.

Next, you will also be able to get a 'Job grant' of £100 or £250 if you are married. You have to ask the jobcentre to get this paid to you as it's not automatically payed.

Finally, you might be eligible for housing benefit, council tax run on for 4 weeks after your claim ends. This is if you are claiming these benefits already. Contact your local council who will arrange this for you.

There really is alot of help as you can see but you have to ask for it I'm afraid.

    Hope that helps! :)
