What are LMC Fone Tickets?

Hi I have been looking at taking my dd to see legally blonde at the west end for the matinee performance on 3rd sept and the cheapest tickets are LMC Fone Tickets what are these and what do you need to qualify?

Staying over on the 2nd sept and going home on 3rd sept eve. Just me & 13 year old her so wanted a matinee cos don't fancy being out too late (staying at Waterloo Travelodge not sure about us girls getting back there alone at night)

Or are there any other shows that would be suitable and not too dear?
