Hello Kitty, any entries upto 11 am are drawn at 11am and usually you receive an email by 11.30 (if everything is working as normal).
For example, if I entered at 14.25, I would expect to be entered into the draw at 15.00 and receive an email by 15.30 (usually a sorry you have not won this time)
