    Can't believe that they tried to deliver my Daughter's cheque the day that she went on holiday. She took the card to the Post Office today (10 days later) and they've sent the envelope back to the sender. They only keep things for 7 days. Seems a ridiculously short time, especially at this time of the year when a lot of people are away on holiday.

    I received my WEM on 26th Aug and still no phone call yet...... worried it may come when im at work and miss it and stressing if the kids are on the phone too long in the evening lol. Is there a contact number/ email where we can get in touch?

    I received my cheque Saturday just gone, it looks like it was sent recorded but most of the recorded sticker had been ripped off. So just arrived with normal post.

    For the people who are still waiting for their call, I'd phone now. I didn't receive a WEM but got a call and received my cheque all within 10 days of winning, (apparently 28th August)

    Try calling them on the 0800 032 1767 number. I rang them up as I never received a call and they were very helpful :)
