Has anyone used Hilarys blinds before?, if so, what are their prices like?.

not used them but they are a national and quite expensive.
Google them for the bbc watchdog investigation - always a sure sign of a quality company

They advertise nationally and I believe franchise locally so the saleman who comes to visit may have only been with them a couple of weeks.

Buy local instead.
On a personal note they send me more junk mail and stuff in my newspapers than Dominos, Coop, and Churchill car insurance combined and for this reason alone I would never use them.
