The winner will receive a short break for two to New York with Expedia. The short break will consist of i) flights for two in standard class and ii) four nights' accommodation at the new Yotel in New York based on two people sharing.
The winner will be responsible for arranging and purchasing i) any and all transfers to and from airports and the accommodation, ii) any and all meals, drinks and activities during the short break, iii) any insurance, iv) a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity for the entire duration of the short break), v) any visas that may be required to travel, vi) any vaccinations or inoculations and v) all other expenses incurred by the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
9. The prize must be taken by March 31, 2012, and excludes the periods September 19-24 2011, December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 30, 31 2011 and January 1 2012. If the date you choose is unavailable we reserve the right to offer you a suitable alternative.
10. The prize is subject to availability.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
22712797 12. The winner will be notified by e-mail by the Promoter within five (5) days of the prize-draw for the Promotion referred to above in paragraph 7. If the winner does not respond to that e-mail from the Promoter within seven (7) days of the time of notification to confirm receipt, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner at random (and that winner will have to respond to the e-mail sent to them by the Promoter within seven days of that e-mail being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize and the same process will apply until a winner accepts the prize).
13. The prize will be issued directly to the winner from Expedia when the winner contacts the relevant entities to claim the prize.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.
Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
