Does anyone have any current discounts for decent hotels in centre of the 'dam for early mid march.

It's a bit early for discounts in March.
Try Bookings.com as they're good for Amsterdam hotels. I can recommend two hotels, both with 5 minutes of Central Station. The Avenue is good as it offers a very good american style breakfast and The Luxer is good too, though it borders the red light area; it's not a problem to me, but you might not care for it.0 -
