Can be a bit dodgy - just make sure you buy the sort of thing she normally wears - not the tarty (IMO!) bright red and black stuff with attached uncomfortable suspender belt that some of you men fantasise about women wearing! unless she wears that of course.

Make sure you get the right size too! Have a shufty in her undies drawer (when she's not looking else she might get worried what you're up to:D) and see what size she wears - if you buy it too small she'll think that you think she's fat and if you buy it too big she'll still think that you think she's fat!

My OH bought me 1 pair of pastel blue and 1 pair of 'salmon' pink very unsexy Bridget Jones knickers last year! Very comfy for everyday use, but definitely not the sort of thing I usually wear! Think i'd rather he'd bought me the 'tarty' ones as above! :eek:

I got some sunglasses from H and a few of my fave DVD's, some chocs. He nearly managed to keep in budget as well :rolleyes:

I would also have appreciated vouchers for a message / facial, a nightie, some books or CD's.

Re undies - it depends how particular she is. I am an unusual size and my H knows not to get me any as the chances of him getting the right size and type are not great.
