Does anyone know anywhere online that sells AG and doesn't need a signature on delivery - or any shops that sell it as can't find it near me and PAH don't seem to do it?
I've found it online for between £10.49 - £11.49 for a 2.5 kg bag but can't be in to sign for it.
My cats get RC just now (and will continue to do so) but I like having a 2nd food to alternate with as they get bored of the same thing all the time - they used to eat Purely but won't touch it now so assume PAH have done something to the ingredients.
I wish more online retailers would use the Home Delivery network (or similar) like PAH do to cater for people who can't be in - they must really restrict their customers!
Thanks:)

Thanks Sagz - hadn't noticed that on the AG site:o.
Unfortunately, the nearest one is about a 70 mile round trip:eek: so it'd def have to wait until I was "in the area":(.
I really wish PAH stocked it and was really disappointed they didn't but, hey ho, that's the way it goes!!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I order it directly from Arden Grange online with a note to leave the box somewhere safe (in our case behind the bins) if no-one is in. I have never had a problem, they have always left it where requested.
Should anything go wrong, then obviously it would be my responsiblity but that said it does mean I don't have to be in to sign for the delivery.

Why not have the parcel delivered to your workplace? Or choose a supplier that uses Royal Mail (will hold for collection for a week, leave at a Post Office or deliver on a Saturday)? HDNL are the worst courier I have ever had the 'pleasure' of dealing with, if I know HDNL are being used I will choose a different supplier.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Oh, the joys of living in a rural area - nearest W is over 100miles round trip! (note to self: I need to move)! Why not have the parcel delivered to your workplace? Unfortunately our workplace have a ban on personal deliveries - I guess with over 1000 staff in the building, I can see why .... but it's still frustrating!
HDNL - just shows how much they must vary, we have 2 drivers who deliver here (and have for over 4 years) - they're great, really helpful, turn up on time & have never had a problem with anything being damaged/left where I've asked.ShillyShally wrote: »I order it directly from Arden Grange online with a note to leave the box somewhere safe (in our case behind the bins) if no-one is in. Thanks, will look into that!
Does anyone know if it's Parcel Force if you can have it left at a Post Office if you're not in? (Again, PF depot is around 45 miles away!)
I have found one that says you can have it left somewhere - Vetmedsdirect - has anyone got any experience of them?

Just re-read the OP, yes Pets at Home have completely reformulated the Purely dry and it's far less meat - lots of complaints. Do you know you can return any own brand food your cats refuse to PaH even if it is opened? Also PaH have Applaws (80% meat) dry food on offer at present - a 2kg bag is ~£11 which may well be cheaper than Arden Grange and the feed rate should also be slightly lower due to lower grain fillers.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

I tried that new stuff they've brought out - Advanced Nutrition - and they wouldn't touch it.

I must admit I've tried loads of foods (unsuccessfully) and usually just keep the bags to take to the cat shelter - but I did take this one back and did get a full refund.
I wish the food producers would stop tampering with foods:mad: - am [STRIKE]I [/STRIKE] my cats bothered if it's a bit more this, or a bit more that? No.
It's so annoying when you finally find one they like and the manufacturers decide to change it (for no apparent reason but to try to save themselves some money - which is what must've happened with Purely as the price certainly hasn't come down).
I've not tried Applaws before so may give it a try too (PAH not in my good books - just went to order some dog food which is supposed to be on offer until midnight tonight and there's apparently none left - they must've put a VERY limited number aside for the offer)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
