Nope all was fine, every transaction that had gone through was OK all positives left. Even after speaking with CS at paypal they said the account looks perfect so they can't understand why the hold has been placed, yet they weren't willing to lift it either.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -

That's because they were probably making interest on your money.0 -

More than likely the robbing ********, like I said they do seem to be a law upon themselves and they aren't always the most helpful. I have never spoken to the same person twice when I have had to call them and 9 out of 10 of them when you speak to them can't answer simple questions or resolve any problems what so ever.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
Even if it was genuine I wouldn't use PayPal, they'll get you on fees.0

It took them 4 months to sort a problem out. They kept asking for more information, when I had already provided it. Each person I spoke to said that they could see that I had provided the information, and would escalate it. Then a week later I would have to go through the same again.0 -

My mum has been trying to sort her paypal out for 2 years after she got married and they refused to change the name lol, they asked for marriage certificates which she sent but they still declined to change it as the name didn't match the registered bank account. The bank account was obviously in her previous name, which they won't let her change that either lol. I think she has given up now and she has sent countless emails, faxes and calls.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
Let me guess, their phone is broken so they can only use email. They will have their 'agent' collect the car. Its a scam. Ignore. Or if you've too much time on your hands set up another email address to bait/annoy them with.0
