  • OH MY GOD that story about the fight/waking up in a cell is a real  humdinger!!!

Thinks that's the exception rather than the rule though....THANK THE LORD :rotfl:

I remember my female friend getting very drunk and snogging her boss....who was female. They're both straight by the way.....but they were the talk of the office for a while. Like 5 years.....

I have one on Monday with one job and the other next Friday with my volunteer job :)

Both all expenses paid :D Until the drink fund runs out :rotfl:

But shan't be drinking too much on Monday. At our summer party, let's just say I made an idiot of myself by saying something I shouldn't of :o

It's mine next week and I organised it, so it's clearly going to be ace ;) meal/drinks/club all paid for, woooh. Actively encouraged by the bosses to get plastered so I'm looking forward to it!

  • mine is tomorrow - all paid for
  • My husbands just come in from the Christmas lunch at his work, and jeez, he is VERY plastered for 8pm. He also managed to get stopped by the police for standing in the middle of the road trying to flag down a taxi (although he can never remember whether the light off means its for hire or not. Prob trying to flag down passing buses and such like).

Am putting him to bed shortly, now he has been fed alcohol absorbing pasta, and a can of Irn Bru.

Not having one at all at work this year - bah humbug. But had a lovely meal with the club I help out at - all paid for as a thank you - really nice.
  • We had ours yesterday starting at 2pm with half of the meal subsidised by work and the rest we had to pay (work for a not-for-profit organisation). I finally crawled into bed at about midnight after dragging the drinkers down to my local which happens to have karaoke. End result... my boss and a few others got up to sing... badly and a few dodgy dance moves!!!! I was the last one standing and managed to scab a lift home with a non-work colleague so no taxi costs there! All in all, cost me about £40 but it could have cost a lot more and probably did last year, when I went out and bought a spank new outfit including shoes and bag and never wore them again!!!

    :heartpuls CG :heartpuls

Forgot to add... I still feel rough at 9pm the follwing evening and have been craving full-fat coke all day... probably all that beer and that fat cigar I smoked!
Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
