Choosing a new Current Account

I have banked with Cahoot for many years, mainly because of their decent savings rates and the ability to transfer money instantly between accounts.
I enquired recently whether they intend to introduce a facility for downloading statements, which is pretty much the norm these days and was told there are no plans whatsoever.
I'm now on the look out for a new account which has to have:
Essentials:
1. Good reputation.
2. Good internet banking facilty wth download facility.
Nice but not essential:
1. Good rate of interest.
2. Savings account with good rate of interest.
3. Introductory offers or cashback.
Did aply for A&L a while back but they couldn't even set up internet banking properly so kicked them into touch.
Lloyds was another possibility but they then pulled their introductory £50 payments.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
