Printing Address on Envelope

Can someone please tell me how I print an address on an envelope.

I am using Microsoft Word and have changed the print settings but it is still not printing out the right way or in the centre of the envelope.

The envelope size is not listed (C5), so I have tried the sizes which are listed and both portrait and landscrap seems to print the address the same way (bottom left hand corner) but text is facing side ways - if you know what I mean.

The envelope is slightly too big to go through the printer so has to go through side ways (9" x 6.4").

Thanks

    In Word .. go to

Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes & Labels

Copy and paste the address into the top box

Click options, adjust the distances for mthe left and from the top

    Try different sizes for envelopes

OK, you might waste a few, but you could put them in upside down, just mark the imaginery flap

Once you know all the options which work, write these down.

    Sorted !

C5 is listed if you follow the above and chose the envelope list.

Thanks for the replies. I had been messing about with it for ages before I posted here then soon as I posted I noticed under Tools there was an option for Envelopes and Labels.

Once the box popped up, the address was already there was no need to copy and paste it. I then clicked on 'preview' which gave me an option to adjust the distance from the left and top of the envelope. 5cm from left and top was a good guess as it's printed how I wanted :)
