our hot water cylinder was replaced today(housing association) and now we have no hot water and a couple of slightly warm radiators - the rest are cold when it is all switched on. I'll ring them on Monday but has anyone any ideas of anything we can try before then? I've checked all the switches and bled the radiators.

I can use the immersion heater but its so expensive on the electricity.

Call the out of hours emergency number. Bit weird your rads are warm though.

only the upstairs ones - they are not exactly warm but not stone cold either.

When ours was lukewarm they came out and said someone had accidentally turned the temperature down when they were replacing a part.

Then the time after that they turned it up full and we had a huge bill.

I've turned the immersion on so we've got hot water and now the heating has started working! so will hope that the hot water is ok.
