no not at all... there is no difference. for me its about if the house is an empty shell or if it is inhabited. If its the former then no one gets a key, the latter, they both do.
Wonder what the insurance implications are if you leave your new tradesman alone in the house and come home to find it empty?
The missus wants a cleaner and there's no hope as far im concerned.
