I'm gonna call the Sun too. Hopefully they'll get bad press so they'll be pressured to make it up to the buyers in some way.
It's such a blatant obvious mistake, I hardly feel they need to make it up to people.....nobody really expected to get it....did they?

they should have valid reason for messing every one about, at least an apology would be nice, crap customer service.
We are the change we wish to see.

"Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price."

They have covered their own back here, so nobody imo stands a chance of either getting one at this price or getting anywhere with complaining about their error.
  • it would be a good idea to tell them that we have ordered the same tv from elseware but cancelled the order is this seemed a good deal and tried to re order but now out of stock so what are you going to do about misleading us

Just spoke to c/m service and all orders for all TV's are being cancelled and emails will follow in due course.

They have been cancelled due to the mis price!

I didn't order, but YES they SHOULD make it up to people, not because of the pricing error but because they are cancelling orders with NO explanation and to rub it in the price is STILL £150 on their site, regardless of the fact that no TV's can be ordered at the moment because they all just go to a blank page.

Hopefully the story will go in The Sun, Woolworths will then hopefully feel like total tw**s and compensate people for being so unprofessional about the whole affair.
