what is B/BAND COMMS

I have just seen my bt e bill and a number beginning with 017223 appears several times. The destination says b/band comms and costs were between 0p and 19p
What is b/band comms? we haven`t rung the number

B/band Comms is a call to a BT internet protocol (BT home hub) number.
The dialling code is a standard STD number but the local number is somewhat different from the usual format i.e my local dialling code is 01494 and the numbers usually start with 86 but the B/band Comms number starts with 95.0
