Help me find a new sink!

Hello,
I have recently bought o a house with a fairly new kitchen. The sink and drainer are both round, and are separate. I thought it looked good, until I started using it! The round sink is a nightmare, water ends up everywhere, and there just isn't enough room!
We have decided to purchase a new sink and have it fitted by a family member who is suitably experienced in that sort of thing, and so need to find a sink that is at least 1030mm wide, in order to cut the existing worktop and fit it.
Replacing the worktop is an option, but I would definitely prefer to find a sink 1030mm or larger.
We have found one from IKEA (http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S09847457) - It is 1250mm wide, so larger than we would like really.
Thank you!

With those sort of sinks you usually have a dishwasher as well.0

Sorry, I don't follow, do you mean the current sink or the IKEA one?
A dishwasher isn't an option, unfortunately. A slimline one would be just 1cm too wide, so the back door wouldn't open. It is a very poorly designed kitchen, and we don't have the funds to buy a new one just yet!0 -
If the kitchen is that small I can see why they put the round sink and drainer in. Are you sure a new sink will fit?0

It's not small, just that the way the cupboards etc have been placed... poorly designed really. I think the kitchen was put in to sell the house, and wasn't really used.
A new sink will fit, as long as it is larger than 1030ml long. We could go up to 1300, but I don't want anything too wide.0
