? what do i do next

in january dh ordered a Kinnect stand from games basement. (£38 on mastercard credit card)
Never arrived, waited 28 days.
Phoned games basement.
initially they said it had never been dispatched and and was OOS, so i asked for a refund. They then decided that it had and that i needed to fill in a missing items form.
I filled in a missing items form and they claimed it had never arrived.
i filled in another missing items form and posted by special delivery.
They acknowledged reciept of this, in march.
they said initially refund could take 7-10 working days.
then this increased to 28.
Anyway still no refund, despite numerous emails
dh phoned this afternoon, and was told they would e mail back before 5 oclock. suprise suprise no email.
The internet is awash with similar stories.
i really don't know what to do next, i know it is a relatively small amount of money but the principle of the thing drives me mad.
What if this was a childs pocket money ? grrrrrr
so what do i do next ?
Part of me thinks just forget it, but theres a lot of me that is determined to get the money back.

Telephone your credit card company and ask to do a chargeback.

Yes, between £10-£100. Anything else covered by section 75.

just phoned the credit card company and they are sending me a formout so i can process a claim. Still irritated though, wanted to get it back from gamesment
