Im in London this weekend with my Dad and we will be eating out in the cntre of the city. We plan to use clubcard deals vouchers. Can anyone recommend a good place to eat that accepts the vouchers? Thanks for your help. We are vegetarians but we also like fish. We want somewhere with a good atmosphere but classy.
Thanks Moneysavers

Chez Gérard has the following locations and accepts tesco vouchers according to the tesco website;
London
Belvedere Road, SE1
Bishopsgate, EC2N
Chancery Lane, WC2A
Charlotte Street, W1T
Covent Garden, WC2E
Dover Street, W1X
Gatwick Airport
Heathrow Airport
Trinity Square, EC3N
Victoria SW1
Watling Street , EC4
looks quite classy or Cafe Rouge which is a personal favourite of ours.
Enjoy,

Yes most of those Chez Gerard locations look classy. Dover Street is near Berkley Square, Bond Street, and Piccadilly. Trinity Square is near the Tower of London. Covent Garden we all know. Charlotte Street is full of media types, so I guess that is a matter of personal taste.Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. - Proust0

Can definitely recommend Maxwells in Covent Garden - scrummy cocktails, especially if it's Happy Hour.;)
Steer clear of Planet Hollywood - total rip-off and for tourists. £100 for what was no more than 4 burgers 'n' chips:eek: Pain was only eased by using deals vouchers but what a waste of £100 worth. The place is tacky and... in the words of my teenagers... mingin'!0 -
Oh no! I have traded vouchers for Planet Hollywood as I thought it would be a fun place to take our kids while we are in London over New Year. Like you say at least the pain will be eased by using the vouchers.joaniemerc wrote:Can definitely recommend Maxwells in Covent Garden - scrummy cocktails, especially if it's Happy Hour.;)

Do you think it might be possible to use the vouchers somewhere else? You never know though Planet Hollywood might still be fun.Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. - Proust0
