Warning about http://www.redneckopoly.co.uk/ games & any help please

We recently purchased a game from these people http://www.redneckopoly.co.uk/ the service was prompt fast and great. always a winner and I take my hat off to prompt delivery.

As a whole the games is great fun and a nice twist on Monopoly, but when we opened the box and checked all the bits some were broken, and the bag it was sent in had a rip in it.

First I emailed regarding the rip in the bag just to check it contained no details on paper such as credt card info etc, after 3 emails from us we got an answer.
"No paperwork was in the bag we hope you enjoy the game".

OK I was happy with that great :-) so we then emailed a reply saying thanks we are very happy with the game but we have some broken counters (these are not plain old counters they are game specific and made from metal) could you please send us replacements and we named the counters broken.

I have now just sent my 7th email we have not has as much as a sniff of an email back and I know the mail has got through as I traced it my ususal means.

I only have an email address for this person I need to try and find out who the website is reg to so we can hand write a letter.

Any advice on online shopping and issues would be great.

By the way we did use credit card and they use paypal as they merchant for taking money.

in principle i don't like the title! but as i'm avoiding xmas decorations/ wrapping with anything and everything found these if that helps...?

Isn't it fab though? I picked up ghettopoly from a bootie new for £2 in the summer, hilarious game.....not family entertainment ill grant you but teenage son and I are usually in bits laughing when we play.
