Dump Valve Owners????

Can improve acceleration in some cars, and prolong the life of the turbo it is claimed, believe you would have to get the twin piston one for the Forester, but I prefer a recirc.
Could try asking on the forum on https://www.scoobynet.com a few have Foresters aswell as Imprezas.
Many do find that DV can cause more issues with boost leak etc but shouldn't if fitted correctly. My partner used to work on Subarus mainly Rally cars and wouldn't usually recommend one to be used on a standard car.
I do have a DV for my T5 but it was only used when the recirc was playing up.One day I might be more organised...........

Hardly the boy racer type, you see sooo many Foresters in Max Power Magazine dont you ???? I think you need a change in meds, the current ones arent up to the job.
Thanks for all the sensible advice, I shall have a DV fitted at the next service which is due in january0 -

But why do you want to increase the noise of a sedate old family bus? why not record something and play it over your stereo to make it sound like the vacant headed creatures who race around out town Market place with dustbins for exhausts?
However I did find last weekend the use of expanding foam is not just for around windows, amazing how they quieten exhaustsallegedly..... or so I am told. Might buy shares in the firm as there sales will now dramatically increase. Spend your money on additional driving lessons or something for the weekend, far better.;) Thanks for the Mag advice, but will stick to SAGA magazine, or exhaust repairers weekly.

Foresters are anything but sedate. They're a stealth wagon and I've never seen a Min Power type driving one.Happy chappy0

I want to increase the aural qualities of my car, purely for my own pleasure something that you obviously wouldnt appreciate, if you havent got anything useful to say please refrain yourself, go back to being bitter and spouting about benefit cheats, spongers and leeches where you belong. And just to spite you I have ordered a new exhaust system, which yes you have guessed it looks like a DUSTBIN LID, and will make my stealthwagon (love that description tomstickland)
even louder!!!!! Stock up on new batteries for your hearing aid old man, Keep posting, I have found a whole host of suppliers of performance goodies, and your venom only adds to my shopping glee, before long I might even be able join the boy racers in the Mc Satans car park, on one condition though ..... Just as it annoys the bejesus out of you !!!!! lol0 -
