I found it strange that when listing, the prices on their amazon storefront were completely different from their main website. What does a company gain from doing this? Obviously an increase in traffic, but to have so many items set at wrong prices and questionable stock levels is going to do nothing but infuriate people.

Just out of interest was there many successful purchases??
It only takes a second to say thanks!

Nope. Doesn't look it because people would have said. Every single order bl**dy cancelled. Not the first time either.

Received cancellation e-mails on both my items today. Not to happy, my money in my account has been on hold for them for ages too.

What's amazon stance on this as it was a seller mis-promoting through there marketplace?
In my eyes it's completely unacceptable as it seems that a company can do whatever it likes regards pricing and not have to ever worry about honouring it.

What's the best way of complaining about this?
I'm not expecting to get the items now but this seems to be a reoccuring problem with Amazon and iwoot.

I complained to IWOOT at the weekend and received this email:

    Hello,

    Thanks for your email.

I totally understand how you would have thought this, this was a simply human error which has cost us are greatly and has affected all 2500 products thatwe list and is set to suspend our account for good due to the negative feedback we are going to receive if you could imagine how many order we took during the prices being so low, I understand that you need to leave some sort of feedback but we a great seller as you can see from the feedback left prior to this and as we are fairly new to Amazon and started off very very well unfortunately this may not be able to save us due to the feedback we are going to get.

If there was anything else I could have done to prevent this I would have.

    Regards
Please God, help me stop spending!
