Can tesco send a cheaper subsitute than the item what was picked first

I've always found their customer services to be very helpful. The computer system will probably still charge you for the delivery but customer services can override that.
They send the substitute in the hope that you'll accept it and they will make a sale but the people who pick the goods are really just guessing. You shouldn't be out of pocket if it wasn't acceptable.0 -

I've just had to call them about £15 worth of food with short life dates to indicated on my delivery slip, not a happy bunny, but at least they're refunding me.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
