Try one of the cashback sites - i think they all give 2.5% back at maplin.

You can use the cashback in addition to the voucher codes too.

Just go to their website and sign up for their monthly email newsletter and they will send you a selection worth upto 10% every month.
If you don't want to order online, just print them out and take the codes with you when you go into the shop.

I already receive the Maplin newsletter and have never spotted a code.
I was planning buying something from Maplins online and when I got to the chechout there was an option to enter a discount code so I assume such a thing does exist.

Try looking again at the email newsletters.

The ones I receive have had

Save £££'s with your free vouchers

towards the top.

Click on it and your specific codes open in another window.

Remember to override or disable any POPUP STOPPER software you may be running !!!

Pop-up stopper - that explains it , however the problem is that I delete the newsletter after looking through it.
So looks like I'll miss out this time, never mind wiser now.

You should get a new newsletter in the next day or so since they started a new selection of discounted goods yesterday - Sunday 3rd Oct.

Just another thought.
You say you deleted the email after reading it.

Have you emptied the "DELETED ITEMS" folder ?

If not it will still be in there and you can still access it.

Even if it's deleted it will still be there. If useing XP look in - C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{large string of numbers}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
and you will find a file called deleted.dbx - it can be read from that file, along with all your other emails.

Thanks folks, I,ll just wait a few days then - in my old computer which would have received the newsletter,
deleteted items box was cleared each shutdown.
