Wicked find. I got the tip off from a friend and got one just in time. I have no need for it but my mate is desperate for 1 so ordered it for him.

why the hell didnt amazon just do 1 per customer ? cant blame "welcome" for being greedy,i mean at current prices he will probably get his free if he sells both of the others.fair enough its not exactly in the caring,sharing nature of the forum but lets face it not exactly surprised at some attitudes.

The mega prices on ebay have already passed, there is still profit in them but not the big amounts there used to be.

With stocks arriving in most areas, albeit patchy, I'm not sure anyone other than th emost desperate will pay over the odds on ebay this close to Christmas. For anyone buying these ones for resale the time frame is now very tight for selling and despatching by Christmas, and I can't imagine the sales being that strong past Christmas.

Unfortuntaly there is no risk, i mean if he doesnt sell them under distant selling regulations, he can send them back to amazon and get a refund!

Don't see how its mean, everyone had an equal chance to get as many as they wanted within reason. Could be considered going against the spirit of christmas but then again everyone is out for number 1 and I don't see that being a problem.

Yep, I don't think ordering a considerable number is a great move either but only time will tell. Depends what the stocks are like after christmas. My plan is to use it on Christmas day as a bit of entertainment and sell it shortly afterwards. Should appeal to everyone

Don't hold your breath that you will be getting this. Just off the phone to Amazon who expressed surprise that the 'button was live'. Bloke went off to check and came back to say my order 'should' be ok but as I changed the delivery option, this had put me to the back of the queue.

He told me to call back in a couple of hours when all the systems had updated and he would get in touch with the warehouse to sort it out.

Just called again to check something and I've been told there is no stock and *surprise* all supervisors are in a meeting. :rolleyes:

There is now a recorded message when you phone saying they are aware of the Wii situation and will email everyone in due course.

I hope some of you get this, I don't feel confident.
