I actually managed to add one of these to my basket this morning, then went through the order procedure and had just finished entering my payment details, then it tells me that the item is no longer available! What's all that about?! :mad: I've decided now that I'm going to wait until after Christmas and get the black version when that's available.

Ordered one from Amazon.de yesterday for 259 euros and got a email this morning to say that it had been shipped, delivery date between 27th Dec & 4th Jan

littleminx-i see you're from Manchester, I would recommend trying Woolworths as they seem to be expecting stock (I know the Chorley one is supposed to be).

When you say your order is "open", does that mean it's saying "not yet dispatched"?

That's what mine is showing as, though it still says estimated dispatch is today and estimated delivery is tomorrow (with express delivery).

Hope to get it, as a friend's kid is hoping for one and Blockbuster let them down with the pre-order.

Yep that's exactly what mine is showing too. But normally on express deliveries soon after placing the order it changes to "pick in progress" or something to that effect and doesn't allow you to cancel/change the order... but in this case it hasn't so it has led me to believe I won't get one

Mine says: "We are preparing these items for dispatch and this part of your order cannot be cancelled or changed. " Delivery estimate: 21 Dec 2006

Is that a good sign?
