To contact them by phone you have to click on a phone me link and they give you a ring. Did this last night, admittidly late, and got service currently unavailable try again later.
However checked again this morning and wii has been separated and despatched with delivery estimate now 19th Dec -31st Jan. As there is a tracking number I shall take it that it's on it's way.
