Just seen a seller with 78% feedback and terrible DSRs..I didn't think ebay would let you trade with feedback that poor. Are there set limits or is it down to ebay's discretion?
too many comps..not enough time!

Seems pretty unusual, are people buying from them still? I certainly wouldn't chance it.0

eBay will probably be monitoring the situation. At the moment the community boards are besieged with sellers saying they have been restricted/banned, saying it isn't fair, how evil eBay are etc. etc. and then when you look at their listings and feedback you see why they're in trouble. Hopefully the person concerned will be being looked at or will fall below standard the next time eBay review them.
I wouldn't even think about buying from them."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I reported this scammer over a month ago - and Ebay were not interested.

Nonsense - Ebay are restricting people and barring them for falling below 98% approval rating. This from a company with a rating less than 70%.
You charge postage at cost - you are punished. You post next day - you are punished for being too slow. You don't email the buyer - you are punished for not being chatty enough. You do email them - they consider you a pest.
If ebay spent as much time outing the scammers, as it does kicking sellers in the teeth - then ebay woulld still be the pleasure to use that it once was.0 -

Looking at the last few feedbacks they are for items sold the beginning of May. According to Goofbay they've not listed for 30 days.0 -

Just looked through the negs and its all brand new stuff - reckon half of its nicked personally0 -
They're a business seller and only got a couple of things listed, not many sales but a few. That's the lowest feedback score I've seen.
