Free 17 concealer via Advantage Card machine @ Boots

This morning the machine gave me a voucher for free 17 concealer (worth £4.99)when buying any 17 product, so I got a £2.99 nail varnish to take advantage of the offer.
Also, 1/3 off any shower gel or bubble bath voucher, and 'Radox Shower Therapy' is down to £1 so managed to get it for 66p! Total spend - £3.65 for nail varnish, concealer and shower gel. I have been so good this year and this is the first 'Bootsing' I've done for a while!

Yeah, you just pop your card in and hit 'my offers' to see what you get. Not everyone gets the same vouchers and a wee tip, if there's a particularly good voucher on offer that you fancy, hitting 'print oucher' repeatedly can sometimes result in you getting multiple vouchers, but you didn't hear that from me, ok? *taps nose*

I managed to get an amazing deal with this voucher a couple of weeks ago... I bought a reduced 17 eyeshadow (£1.95), and I'd also picked up a S&G miniature hand sanitiser. At the time Boots was doing the 3 for 2 summer deal (not sure if that's still on?), so my items went through the till and processed the eyeshadow free, then the SA scanned the voucher and I got the concealer free as well! The SA was chuffed for me, how sweet so I got eyeshadow, concealer and a miniature for £1.95!

It is very hit and miss. I'm a regular Boots customer, and when I put my card into the ACM yesterday I only got 4 offers, one of which was photo-related. I did get the bubble bath offer, see my sig for why I won't use that

i suggest anyone who does this puts the no17 items through seperately as when i did it yesterday the till put them on 3/2 instead as i had bought other items as its all on 3/2 so had to have it refunded and put through again

This has been going on for a while, a tip is to get 3 items as 17 is 3 for 2.
For example if you buy 2 eye dusts (currently reduced to 1.99) and the concealer, the total comes to 1.99.
Initially the till recognises 4.99 (concealer) + 1.99 + 1.99
One 1.99 becomes the free item.
4.99 becomes free with the voucher.
=1.99

I'm happy with what I got though as I don't wear 'eye dust' (sounds painful! lol) but I am obsessed with nail polish so I'm not buying something I won't use just in order to get a freebie.

You could have got another nail polish for free then
But you got a good deal as it is
