Hi there
I did a fuel switch late on Wedneday night (8/6) through MSE and Monsey supermarket, but I've yet to receive a confirmation e-mail that they received the application and are pursuing it (I did get the confirmation screen though). Could those who have a made a switch let me know if they recieved an e-mail and, if so, how long it took?
I've tried ringing them but not surprisingly the call centre is v. busy!

Hi, Did it yesterday and got immediate email - it did go into my spam filter though, so it might be worth checking yours...0

thanks - I finally got through to them by phone and they didn't have my details on the system.
They mentioned that the webiste was v. busy on Wednesday night so that may have caused a problem, so may be worth checking if anyone switched this week.
Have gone through again and this time received the confirmation e-mail!0 -
I switched via moneysupermarket, from MSE.
I didn't see anything about the cashback.
Phoned them, they picked me up straight away and said it hadn't been tracked for cashback. They manually adjusted and logged the error. Apparently some text should be visible on the input screens.
