Advise on Paypal Protection Please

Hi All,

Ive got an item on ebay that i am selling at the moment and i want to make sure im fully covered and not going to get scammed out of anything as its a fairly high priced item. As far as i am aware as long as i send the item RM special delivery next day to the registered Paypal address and put the tracking number into paypal there is no way anyone can come along a few weeks later and do a charge back etc? (obviously the tracking must show its delivered)

Is this the case or is there anything else i should be doing?

Edit: I have put restrictions on the item, like credit card registered and no bids from countries i dont post to etc
