I have today received an email from scottish power regarding the tariff rises. I am on an online websaver plus tariff and this guarentees to be 2% less than their standard tariff.
However, I only recently switched from British Gas and in the email I received today it states that I can switch from their product for free and I will not be charged, even though there was an early redemption charge on the tariff when I took out the 12 month contract with them.
Might just have a look at switching again but will there be any point when the other big 5 will be increasing shortly anyway.
Anyway, just thought I would share this.0
