Egg PPI

Hi
I've sent off the first letter to Egg asking for my credit agreement but I've recieved a letter today says as I have finished the loan with them they are no obliged to send me my credit agreement. Where do I go from there?

i beleive you need to send them a SAR letter look for the template under ppi reclaiming send a £10 cheque with it, they have to supply a copy by law. Cheers Lindsay
