Are you sure they're stuck on? I've never seen adhesive ones, only ones you drill into the bumper to mount (which can't be removed).Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0

Hair dryer on them to soften the glue. Once you've got it off either citrus wipes or a bit of white spirit.0

Yes they have a self adhesive backing and the wires are routed out from the bootlid/tailgate. According to the television adverts they are anyway!:D I think there are only two sensors to fit too. (see how I used the different spelling of the same sounding word there in their respective contexts? Oops I've done it again:p)0 -
I would not use white spirit
Heat them using a hairdryer whilst working them out using dental floss. Once they are removed, remove the trim tape residue by using heat and a bit of cutting polish.0 -

or a rub with your finger usually does it and then wipe off with the t/cut
dont go mad with the heat though if there is plastic about0 -
Might be worth trying WD40 to remove the adhesive. It dissolves a surprisingly wide variety of things (not car paint though;)).0

You won't have any problem with the paint using white spirit or WD40.0

To get rid of stick on stuff, nothing is better than proper label remover.... I believe the brand I have is Ambersil.
I used it to remove the stickers (for driving in Europe) from the headlamp lens on my old car, the previous owner had tried everything, including all of the above and even wet/dry sand paper. But label remover lifted it off in seconds..... Leaving behind a clean patch of glass/plastic where the sticker was, surrounded by deep scratch marks from the previous owners attempts at removal (which had to be polished out).“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Could also try meths, surgical spirit too.
Paint with lacquer on is pretty robust.
Once you get them off please damage them irreparably."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....
