They took my money on the 10th but I cannot log on to see my order!

Thank you for your email. I am really sorry about the difficulties you experienced yesterday with our site and the voucher code. Basically there was a mix up between Money Saving Expert and Brandosa.co.uk and we were not prepared for the deal that they promoted and the code wasn't actually valid.

We are out of stock of the particular flip flops that were advertised, but I will send you £10 gift card you can use in the next two days if you still want to make a purchase from the rest of our range.

I am really sorry for the trouble and inconvenience you experienced and I hope the gift card will provide some compensation.

The gift card will come in a separate email to your email address. Please also check your spam mail box if it does not arrive within the next hour and let us know if you have any further questions.

Unfortunately as other people have pointed out all of the cheap shoes are gone and I'm not sure if there is anything worth buying even with the £10 off.

I can't log in to my account either so I've emailed them earlier today to ask them why but still waiting a reply. I paid via Paypal so will be covered if my order does not arrive.

I had exactly the same email from them. However, I'm wondering if this Antonia @ Brandosa has also hidden the cheapies....
I smell a little BS in their explanation - the voucher/discount code originally came from another website so I'm not sure where the confusion between MSE and Brandosa fits?!?!

What's the betting that the cheap shoes re-appear immediately after the 2 day expiry on the gift card that they sent us?!?

Have replied asking them if I can pre-order the same flip flops, to be delivered when they are back in stock, and pay with the voucher.

I think I already know the answer but would like to see what they say ;-)

I've now managed to log into my account after they emailed me a new password but my order status is 'order placed' on 15th June, no mention of dispatch:(

Hi all,

We fully checked this code out with MyVoucherCodes, which we linked to for this offer, before we included it in the weekly email (as we do with all the deals). I imagine Brandosa did not expect MoneySavers to use the code so effectively and consequently cancelled it. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this as it's perfectly within its rights to do this. It has said it will honour one order per person, but if you made multiple orders, it won't.

I have been assured my order has been despatched but 5 working days later my order has not yet arrived. I hope they come soon I go on my hols on Tuesday!

i got a despatched 5 days ago, tracking number still dosen't track also couldn't log in had to request new password
i'm sure the tracking would be in the system by now

My tracking details are now showing on the Royal Mail website, one week after my order was placed.

I think the despatch emails are somewhat misleading as Royal Mail do not hold tracked packages for four days before updating the tracking. However Brandosa do say allow 7 days for despatch.
