Well I received my order today and have a bit of a problem. I bought some shoes for my friend's birthday and like many others have mentioned, the box is totally crushed due to the awful way it was packaged. I'm not happy to give unboxed shoes as a gift so thought I'd make use of the free returns service. However I just checked the small print on the invioce and it states that if the original box is damaged when the item is returned I may be charged £10!

I'm going to email them to let them know why I'm returning the shoes - I'll be fuming if they try to charge me for a box crushed by their own shoddy packaging!

My flip flops arrived (finally) on the 24th.
Both boxes were totally wrecked as other's have been too.
Fortunately my Ipanema's were fine, so not a problem, just irritaing after waiting a week and a half for them.

I got fed up of waiting for them, bought a cheaper pair off ebay, brand new and a quid cheaper with all the right tags. They only took two days to arrive. Hoorah for eBay. Brandosa could learn something off that seller.

On a posiive note, the flip flops themselves are very comfy and well constructed, no blisters or sore bits.
I would certainly buy the brand again
