Hey all.
Just though I'd add a quick update.
After sending many emails to hotels4u.com, they finally agreed that the accommodation wasn't as described, changed the descriptions on both websites and offered me a 50% refund, which i accepted.0 -
A fair result
Well done! One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
TBH i'd question any company using the term "luxurious" to describe a 2* hotel. And the "all your wants and needs", "attention to detail" part.
5* is considered a luxury hotel and imo, their description sounds like they're describing a 5* hotel.
If they've sent staff on a working holiday to review hotels in this area, i think the staff involved either wanted a giggle or got too drunk and mixed up the hotels! The description is misleading at best, outright fictitious at worst.
That being said, glad you got a result from them
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
