You can buy the Barry M crackle nail varnish at superdrugs, my girls have got black, pink and white.. Most times we have been in they are always sold out on display, every time I have asked in store they have gone out the back on got the colour the girls wanted. I just don't think they replenish the stands as often as they need.0

Thanks for posting it was available in B&M I went in today, they only had the black and only a few left but I managed to get one. I would never have thought of looking in there. The W7 says "Limited Edition crackle", shade Earthquake black according to the label around the lid.
Whilst I was out I also checked out TJ Hughes, as I know they also sell the same W7 range and found the silver and gold ones in there, same price £1.99, so I got the Earchquake silver one to try.
Will report back once I have tried.0 -

Yes. You choose a base colour that contrasts well with the crackle layer, let that dry and then paint with the crackle layer. You need to make sure you don' put the crackle layer on too thickly or it doesn't crackle as well. The nails Inc lady in debenhams said that you can get different effects according to how you apply the crackle layer. Apparently, if you paint around your cuticle and then fill in the middle, it cracks differently to if you just do long strokes. Also, when I paint my toes, I often go horizontally across rather than vertically because my nails are short. This gives a horizontal crackle rather than a vertical one. Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0 -
