I e-mailed too and got the same response. Clearing caches didn't make a difference so I e-mailed back to tell them so. Will wait to hear the response!0

Agreed, it's not rocket science and that response is nonsense anyway if they did what they should have and tested the thing in all the major browers. There's no random in written code, it's there and works or it doesn't. lol
I never have a problem with these things, I use Firefox and autofil it using the lazarus extension ...I packed in with Roboform ages ago because it tended to cause more problems than it solved in badly written forms, lazarus just refills a form you already did once and it's free.
This form is used on several sites, so when they say random maybe they mean it works on some and not on others? That would be a problem their end and not yours I'd say.
Makes me angry to see the poor work on a lot of comp forms, crazy capchas where they really don't need them chasing peole away and forms with the fields labeled wrongly to mislead auto fill software only make it very hard work for disabled people which is not only bad practice but illegal nowadays when we have accessibilty laws n place.

It's just a c..p website as far as I'm concerned. I regularly clear my cache and a badly designed website is just that and will not improve by us "cleaning" our p.c.'s.
It makes me mad that we're treated like idiots and fed the usual load of tosh when we point out we're having difficulties.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
Have also emailed them- I've cleared the cache on my PC (didn't work) but the comps don't work on either of our laptops either and all are running different versions of IEFirefox!Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0

I think these are submitting and it's just the confirmation pages that are not showing.
If you turn off javascript and submit the form you'll see either a message saying you have already entered or a link to the confirmation page if have not already submitted it.
So it looks like entries are being recorded.

I've messaged them again asking them to give their IT team a swift kick up the backside & got this response
Hello Liz, We have spoken to our tech department and they have assured us that all entries are being collected, it is just a problem with the confirmation page - we tested it ourselves and all entries have gone through - so you are still in the draw for every comp you've entered! Sorry for the inconvenience.
I've messaged them back asking them to confirm that we won't all be disqualified for submitting duplicate entries as I'm sure we've all beein trying again & again in the hope that the comps are actually workingPositivity is the key to success0
