Nationwide flexaccount changes ...??

We've a Nationwide flexaccount and have just received a letter saying they are going to:
'start sending details about how you use your flexaccount toi our approved credit referenced agencies and also receive information back about how you manage other credit products. Thi information is not used for credit scoring purposes and is not shared for marketing purposes.'
I find this quite unsettling, and wondered if it was normal procedure for banks to do this - probably without telling you!
I'd appreciate your expertise ..

Standard, surprised they don't already… used to on my flexCan I find out my credit score?You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

I got the same letter they are changing their terms and conditons now because they have introduced the visa debit for the basic account.0
