The first prize is two places aboard the Aranui in a twin standard cabin, cruising around Tahiti’s Marquesas Islands plus two return (economy) Air Tahiti Nui flights from London Heathrow, valid for one year from date of publication except during peak season (15 June - 15 Sept and 15 Dec - 15 Jan). Booking on the Aranui to be made four months before departure. Not available on the trips with specials, subject to availability.
Prize includes two return Air Tahiti Nui flights (economy) from London Heathrow (Via Paris) to Tahiti (Papeete), transfers, all excursions and 13 nights’ accommodation in a standard cabin aboard the Aranui cruise ship on a full board basis.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize-winner. Prize does not include: drinks (except water and wine during the meals onboard the ship), taxes; personal spending money; organisation and costs of any visas required for Tahiti; and personal travel insurance. The winner should purchase personal travel insurance prior to travel to Tahiti, ensure they have a valid passport, and check with their GP about suitable immunisations and medical precautions. The prize for second place and third place is a one-year subscription to National Geographic Traveller (UK).
The competition is open to residents of the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18. The competition is not open to employees and associates of the Tahiti Tourism Office, Air Tahiti Nui or Absolute Publishing Ltd, or their families. Closing date is 22 July 2011. The promoter is Absolute Publishing Ltd, 197-199 City Road, London, EC1V 1JN. Winners will be notified within ten days of closing and details of the competition winners will be published in the September/October edition of National Geographic Traveller (UK) 2011. All entrants are automatically opted into receiving further correspondence from National Geographic Traveller (UK), its publisher Absolute Publishing Ltd, the Tahiti Tourism Office and selected third parties unless otherwise stated on the online form.
