Eurogiro from the Alliance and Leicester is a flat rate of £7.50
It sends to a number of countries, including Poland. As far as i'm aware there are usually no or low charges at the other side.
You need an A&L account, but you could check if it needs to be a full current account or if a basic/savings would do?
