selling concert tickets on ebay

I won 4 tickets to Alton Towers and the live pop show with JLS, Saturdays, etc for next Sunday. I got the tickets today and realised they clashed with something else and we won't be able to go.
Can I ebay them? The small print says 'tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and not for re-sale', but the tickets aren't named and there are others already on ebay. Could I get into trouble, or is it something ebay turn a blind eye to?

You ar enot allowed to sell them but many people do risk selling, as you can see from the ebay sales. If the tickets are for this weekend though you will struggle to sell them and get them delivered in time unless you put them up as a 1 day BIN with immediate payment required and are lucky enough to sell quickly and be able to get them in th epost imemdiately via special delivery with saturday delivery guaranteed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. They're for the 19th so about 10 days away (I meant to say the Sunday after next in my post, sorry!) I would give them to friends or family but everyone seems to be busy, and if I can get a few quid for them it would come in handy.0
