Fixed or Capped energy

I have 2 quotes from 2 different energy suppliers, both similar prices, which do you think is the best deal.

1, Fixed untill 2014
2, Capped untill 2013

I doubt prices are going to come down by the same amount they have went up in 2 years, therefor i would personally take the fix for an extra year.

I take it, its the edf fixed tariff? it seems to be the most competitive fix on the market right now, so go for it.
