no idea, but they would still be dearer than other tile places.
its the final price you pay that counts, not any ficticious discount.

We have just got our tiles from topps, wouldnt normally go there as exspensve but they seem to be the only compNy in the country that sell the tiles we want! I managed to get a 16% non trade discount just by being cheeky and asking, was on a £6000 order though.

    Depends what you buy.

I had an account with Topps. The discount depended on what the tiles were, how long you had had the account and how much you spend and how often. I didn't buy anything off them for 3 months and they reset all my discounts back to zero.

I buy infrequently, and mine are never reset.
    They're also very generous normally.

If you aren't trade why would it matter unless you are checking up on your tiler?

    Cheers

They are very competitive on BAL on trade accounts. Otherwise, unless you want Padova, which is the tile that keeps them afloat, why go there? There is virtually nothing that you can buy at Topps which you cannot get better quality or cheaper elsewhere.

I looked on their site to price some laminate flooring, they were charging £28 psm when most online places were charging £18 psm! I never buy anything from shops these days... always search the net... only visit shops to actually have a look at a physical item before I buy it online!
