The wave of sarcasm is great. Before I posted this thread I had already contacted ASUS.

But I was just wondering if there was anyway to get the screw without them because they are taking so dam long to respond.

Take screwdriver in to PC world and "borrow" a screw.

It's not really sarcasm, more irony (or steelery!).

How on earth is anyone going to know the exact screw which you need without having the identical monitor, or know from where one can be obtained other than Asus? (We might be good, but we aren't psychic...) A computer repair shop might be your only hope, until Asus coughs up.

It's probably 4mm x 12mm according to the manual, I needed an easy challenge after the day I've had.

    Manual HERE

Probably got one down in the garage.
    Move along, nothing to see.
