Emailing AOL

We've had a new computer system put into our charity. We use Eclipse as our ISP, and emails are sent out from Outlook.

Our (consultant) advisory person is on AOL, and I simply can't send her emails! Every one bounces.... I can solve the problem by emailing her from the same computer via my personal Gmail account (which indicates to me it's probably nothing to do with our ISP.)

How should we resolve this? Do I get her to nag AOL? Do I spend money trying to sort it out with our computer expert?

TIA for any help - I'm conscious I'm not the only person with this problem, and AOL problems do seem to be widespread.
