New York, New York

Can I just say a big thankyou Martin. In September in one of your e-mails we were told about Delta offering flights to New York for £130 return all-in.

Well I booked 2 for myself and my girlfriend and we have just returned and what a fantastic time we had, so much so we want to go back again.

Can I also thank all those who put information on the chat forum about staying in New York and what to do, some really great advice.

Best Wishes and a Merry Christmas to you all.

oooooo, you've just made me all excited. I booked a bargain flight too - I'm off to New York in February to spend 5 days with a very close friend lives in NY.

I cannot wait for the new year :)

And such a fabtastic exchange rate too at the moment :T
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

My daughter too booked a cheapie flight with Delta having received the news via email and is champing at the bit to get there next month. Delighted you had a good time. She hasn't been before but is busily trying to plan how to get the best out of her time there.
  • Dito - I'm off to New York at the end of Jan for my birthday (because of the 160 return deal)...I can't wait!!

I should get my travel research cap on and work out the must-dos and must-sees. I've been keeping my eye on the dollar for the last month and am trying to be cunning about the right time to change my pounds.

    So excited! :)
